Usually every Sunday, people will go for an outing and to restaurants to relieve their stress and forget their modern world. Some places include the beach, cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, and textile shops, among others.

The one place where all shops are present is the shopping mall. The ambience and surroundings of the mall will be pleasant and fully air-conditioned. 

When I was in the mall, I felt happy, and my dopamine level was boosted. I feel at home, and I can study at the food court table and sit at the table which is there on every floor of the mall. 

When I was in the mall, I felt peace of mind and surrounded by people, and everywhere there was happiness.

I can see girls, gents, young ladies and their lifestyle and the way they are dressed up. Sometimes I can speak with a stranger who is just sitting next to me at the table.

Some irritation also happens in the shopping mall when some salesperson, especially credit card personnel, ask me that do I want a credit card, and sometimes they hurt me with some words on my back when I refuse their credit card.

There is everything present in the mall, like a massage centre, food court, shops that sell different items, all are branded but with moderate to high cost, when comparing the local street shops, but in the mall, all are branded and of good quality.

When my mind is upset, I will go to the shopping mall or go to the Beach. Usually, I will go to Forum Mall, Vadapalani or my favourite beach, Elliot's beach, that is Besant Nagar beach, which is beautiful and calming.

The sunrise at the Besant Nagar Beach is so beautiful, and a reddish pink circle of sun is so bright and makes my mind to ecstasy.

Whenever I go to the Forum shopping mall, I see the Green Park Hotel and surrounding buildings from the top floor of the mall, and the view is like seeing from the penthouse. Whenever I see the Green Park Hotel, I think about what if I see this shopping mall from the window of the room in the Green Park Hotel and what if I have lunch with some cognac in the pleasant restaurant from where the mall can be seen.

If you want to have a brisk walk, then you can go to the shopping mall, which is air-conditioned, and there is a vehicle parking fee for your vehicle, which you will have to pay.

You can do window shopping, which is while walking on the floors of the mall, you can see the shops and it's products through the glass walls and inside their shop, you can see the collection of dresses and household items.

In every shopping mall, there is a hypermarket where you can purchase household groceries.

If you feel upset or your mind is disturbed, then you can go to the shopping mall and relax your mind and soul. - JBK.
