Tamilnadu government is trying their best to maintain the water resources in the corporation limit area

 

The pond in this photo is situated in the Ramapuram, Chennai limit. The Tamilnadu government has sanctioned some money to clean and make depth in the pond and lake for saving more water during the rainy season. It will help in increasing the under groundwater level.

            The government is doing good in the area of saving water in our ward, but not so good at maintaining regular garbage clearing works and keeping the road well. The government should make proper water channels in the street which should be connected to the nearby water reservoir. But in contrast, the water channel in the street is used as a channel for drainage water and it will contaminate the nearby water reservoir.

            There should be a separate channel for rainwater and sewage water. Both channels should be maintained properly from avoiding the deposit of sand and other plastic materials in that channel. Each and every area should be facilitated with drinking water, sewage channel and rainwater harvesting channel for the street roads.

            First, the people should cast their vote very responsibly and elect a person who knows your problem and will make solutions in the government level for your problems. Its all in your hands to make our country a superpower. So vote for the people very responsibly. We are not minding the problems in our society because we are conditioned to society. Everybody thinks that we want to settle in America, but very few are thinking to make India more than that of America. So cast your vote correctly and don't vote for money.
