Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Indian stock market has seen a tremendous fall for the past 3 months. All the shares are dropped to 50% of their market value. Only reliable shares like Reliance, Dr. Reddy and software shares are escaped from the market crisis.

           Even many stock market analyst says that the crisis will be over within one year after the coronavirus spread is controlled. The Indian economy is suffering severely and the reforms announced by the central government will not help the finance sector because as the 20 lakh crore reform is announced, the very next day the shares of the banking sectors dropped to 200 points in the nifty bank index.

           For the small, mid and large-scale industries, the government has announced reforms and increased the investment limit which determines whether the company is a small-scale or mid-scale company. This reform gave some boost for the small-scale and midscale companies to benefit from the central government aid.

           Okay, as the question is whether is it good to sell nifty shares in 2020, the answer is patience. As Warren Buffet said if people fear, they want to be greedy and if people are greedy to accumulate shares then we want to fear. It is good to hold your stock for another 3 to10 years because the technical analysis says that the cycle of uptrend and downtrend is 3 years and the cycle continues but now the crisis is due to the corona pandemic and the severe damage to the Indian economy is happening and there are various reforms and aids are in central government schemes to strengthen the Indian economy, which will nearly take 5 to 10 years for the economy to back to normal GDP growth in the right track.

             My advice is to buy and accumulate good company shares and hold the fundamentally bad company for future good results.
