Investors are moving towards fixed deposit from share market to bank deposit 2020

Due to covid19 crisis worldwide, the stock market has fallen down for the past 3 months. In the Indian NSE and BSE also the effect of this pandemic disease is reflected. From 11000 points to 8900 points the nifty50 has gone down.
The foreign investors in the Indian stock market have sold all their shares and invested the money in fixed income bonds and other corporate bonds. The fear of losing capital is the main reason for this crash. Many investors have turned their way of investing in fixed bank deposits.

The bank deposit has risen to 9.8% till the end of April 2020. The percentage of interest in the bank fixed deposit is from 7.5% to 8.5% p.a. So to gain their capital the investors are moving from the volatile stock market to the fixed bank deposit. The Indian economy has severely affected and the 20 lakh crore reform will again build the Indian economy in the slow phase as the effect of the reforms will be seen after 6 to 7 years.

Since the price of gold is fluctuating, this is not the best option to invest in the gold. As the rate of interest gained in the gold for the short term period is very low when compared to the bank fixed deposit. But gold has its value in long term investment. Next to gold, many people will think that the investment in the lands is the best option. But the boom period of the real estate business is over, as it had reached the saturation point. For the next 10 years, real estate growth will be not that much as expected. So the investors are going to the bank fixed deposit.

In my point of view for the middle-class people, the best investment strategy is https://lovingwealth.blogspot.com/2020/05/how-to-earn-ten-lakhs-by-saving-rupees.html

So as of today situation, the best short term investment to gain capital is depositing the money in the bank fixed deposit and for the long term investment, the best way is debt and dynamic mutual fund. Stay safe and invest well. Thank you...
