Drawback of using floss

                   one should use floss for once a day. It is used to remove food between teeth. There is a variety of floss available and one of them is string floss. The string floss has two variety, they were waxed and unwaxed. In waxed, some contains antibacterial components. Floss prevent tooth decay and gum disease by removing plaque.


            The drawbacks of using floss - If you don't have proper knowledge about how to use floss, then flossing can cause damage to teeth and gums. While doing floss, a little tear may happen in the gum which leads to the direct entry of harmful bacteria to the main bloodstream.



            It is advised not to floss the teeth who have weak immunity. If the person who does not know how to use floss, then it will injure your gum tissues. The string floss is most commonly used and it is very cheap. It is disposable and one stretch of string floss is used only once and should be discarded.

            Using floss has more benefit than a drawback, so using floss once a day is highly recommended, especially for diabetics and pregnant women to prevent diseases because of dental plaque and bacterial contaminated adhesive food particles in between the teeth. Before using floss, I recommend you to consult with the dentist and gather information on how to use floss properly to get the full benefit.
