Pleuritic chest pain

        The patient came with the sudden onset of difficulty in breathing and with pleuritic chest pain with mild or moderate. This signs and symptoms will be present in the pneumothorax.
        The patient will have dyspnoea. This condition is also known as a collapsed lung. There will be a mediastinal shift if tension pneumothorax is present.

         The air will be present in the pleural space, which will collapse the lung.
