how to diagnose acute pericarditis by ECG

In V5, the ST segment elevation with upward concavity is present. V5 and aVR are the best leads to diagnose the acute pericarditis. In the aVR segment, the reciprocal of ST-segment depression is present.
In the QRS segment, there will be no changes present. After some days of the onset of the acute pericarditis, the ST segment will be normal and the T wave will be flattened.

After a few weeks, the ECG will be normal.
