        oral hygiene is the main factor for the early fall of the teeth. Women need to take care of their oral hygiene and as their age advances, oral hygiene is very important. From early first tooth eruption to the second tooth which is a permanent tooth that takes place in the middle young age is essential for the need to take care of their permanent teeth.
         As we eat several foods on each day, the microorganisms will growth at the burrows of the teeth and in between the teeth. If not hygiene, the gum will be damaged by the microorganism and several factors like vitamin deficiency will cause infection and bleeding gums. During pre-menstrual periods most women will feel their gums with increased swelling and redness. Good oral hygiene will only take care of your oral health.

         The way to keep your oral hygiene is to brush twice daily, use tooth floss after eating heavy meats, use mouthwash for bad breath and which also destroys the microorganism in between the teeth and keeps the gums healthy. Avoid carbonated drinks after brushing during bedtime. Avoid candy and chocolates with sweets during bedtime. Keep your mouth and teeth healthy and have a good breath with a happy smile.
