How to control emotions for a good life

         Flight, fright and fight are the nature of adrenaline. All emotions are due to some chemical changes which take place in the brain. The various emotions like happy, sad, calm, anger, frustration, smooth minded, etc. The emotions will vary from person to person. Sometimes they are the defect by birth due to genetic characters.

         But genetic variation will not be transmitted for some persons and every emotion are not necessarily transferred from the parents. Some kind of jobs also will develop various kinds of emotions in him like anger, loud speech, etc.,

         The emotion also depends on the various habits like smoking, drinking. The food habits also play an important role in emotions like stress, anxiety, anger due to hypertension because of taking high salt in our foods. The emotions are independent of sex. Both male and female have different emotion like all human beings. But the factors and biological changes which makes that emotion will be different for both male and female. In most cases, the female mother will be under stress after giving birth and miscarriage will make her sad.

         The emotions are no exception to children, as they undergo exams, stress and fun during play time. To bring emotions in control, one has to do meditation to bring all their emotions to one centre point. If this fails then one can try the natural method of yoga in their daily basis. If it is also not working, then consult a psychiatrist and get counselled to solve your emotional problems.
