The classification of anomalies of the Mullerian ducts are
CLASS ANOMALY
1 - Mullerian agenesis

Uterus did - Basic Surgical Anatomy
In Mullerian anomalies, the septate uterus is most common. It is diagnosed by hysteroscopy, ultrasonography, hysterosalpingography and MRI.
MRI and ultrasonography are non-invasive procedures. The surgical management of septate and bicornuate uterus is hysteroscopic metroplasty. The chance of childbirth by vaginal delivery is high by this procedure when compared to abdominal metroplasty. All uterine malformation is not an indication for surgical intervention. In a condition like unexplained infertility or recurrent miscarriage may need surgical intervention.
Recently American fertility society has added anomalies related to Diethylstilbesterol(DES) due to its exposure during intrauterine life. The malformation of genital parts due to DES exposure are fallopian tube, uterus, cervix and vagina. It is uncommon to see this variety of malformations like cockscomb cervix, uterine synechiae and adenocarcinoma due to DES exposure.
