Raise your voice in private Employment, Still don't be SILENT

         We the people of a hard-working country have seen many struggles in the past of British India. Though we are ruled by them there is some rule which they have followed in society. But they always feared us with weapons to not raise our voice in every sector like employment, still, we struggled for our rights and freedom and had won it. So still don't be silent, raise your voice in private employment. The issues that are serious to talk about are discussed here. So let's talk about the issues to make a better future.

        We Indians are not donkeys to work like slaves. We got freedom but due to the rising population, there is more job unemployment in the society. The population of India is one of the major setbacks for the government to satisfy the needs of the people. I'm not saying you have only one child, but like china, we don't need to do the same mistakes as their country's old age population ratio is high when compared to the young population. So if you have assets to take care of your children then you may have many children to guarantee their futures.

          Nowadays we are working very hard for our company for the betterment of the nation. But have we rewarded good salaries for that working community? No. The worker is working for 12 hours for the company. I'm not saying a professional job like a doctor, even though they have mental stress, almost everywhere there is 8-hour duty, which is shift based. We need equal rights for every employee like professional jobs as in the government.

           Think we need one HR Policy in Employment that should protect the rights of the employee. Why do still we want to be slaves in the hands of the hidden private wrongdoing policies? Even though our hands are tied in debt, that doesn't mean we do illegal acts against the system. Yes, we are doing but a slave in debt to the employer, due to JOB INSECURITY. The private is doing more terror than the government in terms of job INSECURITY. We need equal rights as a government that without valid reason and without proper training and resources for working, no one should have the rights and make us resign from the job, without the intimation of the government. If the company has done wrong then the employee should have a job in another company by the government if it is proved.
