           Drinking coffee is fine but if you drink too much of coffee, you will feel some unpleasant side effects. Recent studies suggest that coffee reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer like prostate cancer and the antioxidants present in the coffee will destroy the free radicals in our body and these positive results are based on observational research. Disadvantages

• More consumption of coffee in a daily life can lead to a caffeine headache, sleeplessness and diarrhoea.
• More than usual coffee consumption will produce nervousness and anxiety disorders.
• A large amount of caffeine may cause osteoporosis as it has a very good diuresis effect.
• Coffee consumption in excess of 2 cups/day may be weakly associated with an increased risk of bladder cancer.
