Is it insane for consulting a psychiatrist - good or bad

         Are you tortured by anyone? Is your mental health is not normal. Do you have so many confusion to lead a happy life? Ok, no problem. I say life is like a COCKTAIL. In your life, like a cocktail, you want to mix happiness, sadness, calm and anxiety in correct proportion to taste a wonderful world. If the proportion of mixing is not even, then your life is in the state of confusion.

         If you are tortured by anyone, while doing your daily life, please be calm and don't get irritated. Just sit calm and think how to tackle that person. You may think that why I want to be calm in that situation. Many experienced persons will know how to solve that situation because they know how to train their mind to put an endpoint for such problems.

         I think, Now you got some idea about your life and the ways to solve your problem which come in your daily life. Many people have no tolerance to face their unique problems which are related to EMOTION. In such situation, that person needs some help from the psychiatrist. So don't think that you are gone insane and don't bother about the world who look you that you are gone mad. Going to a psychiatrist is like going to a family physician. The family physician will cure your body related problem but the psychiatrist will cure your mind related problem.

         If you think that you are disturbed emotionally by some people and have a fear that you are not able to solve such problems which ruin your life, I request you to consult your family physician and he may recommend you to consult a psychiatrist.

         Don't think that the world will see you like an insane if you consult a psychiatrist. Make a clear statement that you are just emotionally disturbed and so I have seen him. Tell your friends to consult a psychiatrist, if they are not able to control their emotion and not able to solve their personal problem. I conclude that you are not INSANE to the world if you visit a psychiatrist.
