How to recover from tiredness and the way to become active in day to day life

        
          The iron content in the blood is one of the stimulants for the formation of the red blood cells. If the intake of iron in the food is reduced, then the stimulation of the production of red blood cells which is abbreviated as RBC in the medical world is affected. It is one of the leading cause of anaemia. The main symptoms of anaemia are fatigue, difficulty in breathing and tiredness. The skin will become pale and the lining below and above inner eyelid covering will become pale in colour. By this findings, we can detect nearly 75% of the diagnosis of anaemia. The most important finding is that the nail will be seen pale in colour which is due to the reduced perfusion of blood in the nail bed.

         The most common cause of tiredness in young girls who attained puberty is the loss of blood during periods. The other causes in both genders are the continuous loss of blood in the digestive tract due to any perforation or ulcer in the inner lining of this gastrointestinal system. In both acute and chronic blood loss, the body iron stores are depleted and anaemia due to iron deficiency appears.

         The remedies to overcome tiredness due to anaemia and to become brisk is daily consumption of iron tablets before a food is recommended. The main source of iron-rich food are green leafy vegetables, dates and dates syrup consumption is needed. In addition to this, do some exercise like walking for 20 minutes and after you wake up in the morning, drinking coffee is recommended.
