             The world health organization has defined health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Health does not indicate that there will be no disease or infirmity in the body. The state of health is not constant and it may alter according to the three triads like the agent - which causes the disease, host, and the environment. Sanitary reforms and the pure drinking water plays an important role in the healthy life.


            The signs of good physical health show indications like a good complexion, sound sleep, a clean skin, not too fat, a good appetite, normal bowel and bladder, and a sweet breath. Nutrition and dietary assessment, and laboratory investigations are the tools for evaluating the physical health. we do not have precise tools for assessing the mental health, unlike physical health. But a good physical health is a positive mental health.

             If you want to have a good positive human environment, you must have a good social network. If a person has a good job, then he will have a good mental health. A good positive health will mention that a person has a perfect functioning of the body and mind. Sometimes the health may depend on the goods we consume and the health services available in the community. Lifelong social habits like smoking and alcoholism will play a major role in one's health.


             Illiteracy is closely related to poverty. The people below the poverty line will have insufficient health care facilities and their health is undetermined. If a person loses his job, then he is psychologically affected and his mental health is disturbed.


              Women in the family are responsible for a good family health. If a family is healthy, then the society will be healthy.....
