The only job to make a nation rich and prosperous is the political profession. The main disadvantage of this profession is that it is not a permanent job. The power remains in the people's vote. The people will transfer their power to a candidate who they are thinking that he is a good man. Before participating in a general election, each and every candidate should develop good habits and he should act common to all in that constituency.
The main fact is that he should be corrupt-free and friendly in nature. He should not use his power to make him famous, like placing banners in the nook and corner of the city which portrait his photo. The leader should be bold and should not depend on another person in taking the correct decision but can discuss the issues to solve the problem. The leader should not do a favour on one particular caste, community, religion,etc.,
The leader should develop his problem-solving capacity, which happens in society. He should think once or twice before taking any decision on such problems. His decision should favour both opponents. His vision on developing the nation should be clear and must help the people to transfer their socioeconomic status from poor to rich. He should know the real problem which has been faced by the common people in their day to day life. He should conserve the natural resources for his future generation.
He should protect the laws which are passed by the state or central assembly. The law and order should be maintained in the country. He should implement strict laws to abolish corruption and black money in the country. The road traffic laws should be strictly followed and the fine amount for not obeying the traffic laws must be affordable to a common man. New techniques should be used to control the traffic in the city during peak hours. The laws should be more punishable to those who are involved in criminal activity.
Future plans like the 5-year plan will be very useful to take the nation in the path of development. Update your knowledge on the actual current events and know more and more about the activities of other nation and be friendly with them.
