How to manage tension in daily life

             
            Today's modern society is very stressful. By knowledge and understanding, we can easily restore psychological balance. The main cause of tension is social causes like divorce etc., the long-term effects of tension are like the symptoms which occur in obesity and alcoholism. Many people will suffer from memory loss, sleep disorder and problems of obsessive thoughts.

           Some tips to solve tension, first remove unwanted causes in your life which cause tension, increase your capacity to bear the tension and take a diversion to pleasure giving habits. During tension, engage yourself in some activities like hearing music, walking in the park and having fun with your girlfriend.

                Diseases which occurs due to the tension are increased blood pressure, the chance of heart attack and stroke, diabetes and the skin will become pale in colour because of chronic tension.

                Prolonged stress will decrease your male hormone (testosterone), which directly influences the sex drive. In females, the reduction in the progesterone (female hormone) can cause menstrual irregularities.

               Don't take coffee, tea and soft drinks because the excessive intake of these beverages will stimulate the central nervous system and leads to weakness of nerves.

              Meditation and yoga will reduce tension effectively. Physical exercises like bodybuilding, dance, swimming and head to toe body massage will reduce tension and stress.
