healthy choice for healthy life

                

            A daily healthy life can be achieved by maintaining three things such as physical fitness, weight control and the way of food intake in our daily basis. I recommend maintaining flexibility is 
one among the part of maintaining physical fitness. The flexibility can be achieved by stretching which helps muscles to relax and it helps to relieve pain from muscular stress. Some benefits of flexibility are it will improve blood circulation, posture and personal appearance. In the elderly persons, it helps to maintain an independent and active lifestyle.

           Consume a variety of nutrient-dense foods and beverages that limit the intake of saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, etc., with a suitable balanced diet eating pattern. Engage in regular physical activity and reduce sedentary activities to promote health. Engage in approximately 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous-intensity activity on most days of the week while not exceeding caloric intake requirements and the important fact to remember is to consult a healthcare Centre before participating in this level of activity because this may not suit for underweight persons.

                A choice of food will maintain a balanced diet. It should be combined with exercise to balance the intake and output of calories which is essential for a good health. A lean person should feel better because underweight is not as common as overweight which is a result of malnutrition, deficits in protein foods, even maybe a susceptibility to certain disease. To overcome the underweight, eat small frequent meals and exercise to increase muscle mass. Consume more protein rich foods which are available in all commercial markets. Consume a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables and keep the total fat intake under control. Healthy food and regular daily exercise will make your life happy and briskly.
