a relief from asthma

On that day the weather was very sunny, a patient named Mr. x visited our college hospital with a compliant resistance while breathing. No signs were seen related to his compliant. My superior suggested to do
an investigation but there is no obstruction in the throat and the breathing pathway to both the lungs are clear.
As usual I asked him any specific symptoms are felt. He listed me the symptoms like wheeze, cough, shortness of breath and chest tightness. He pin pointed that these symptoms were worse at night and also provoked by triggers including exercise.

As a advice, avoid the agents that induce or trigger asthma-like allergens, irritants like smoke, and exposure to dust particles. As there is no medication to cure asthma but it can be controlled by following certain guidelines and the patient can lead a life, like a normal individual. I recommend to stop all types of smoking and also to eliminate the exposure to passive smoke. If the cause is some respiratory infection then he should ask the doctor for further treatment.

The recognition and early identification of symptoms who could benefit from early intervention with alternate asthma therapies with better long-term asthma control. Sometimes this disease may be hereditary which may pass from one generation to the next generation i.e., from father or mother to their children or to their grandchildren. Early precaution will reduce symptoms and asthma can be controlled very effectively. Early detection will make your future good.
